It will also serve as a way to access the agenda, directions to evening events, and to receive announcements from the WOSMIP IX Team. Registration
InterContinental Santiago | Las Americas Foyer| Level -1
We will hold registration on Monday, December 04, from 10am – 12pm. Registration will take place in the Las Americas Foyer (just outside the Norte América Ballroom). If you are unable to register during the above timeframe, please plan on arriving at 8:30am Tuesday to gather your welcome packet and other useful information.
Poster Drop-0ff
If you have prepared a poster for WOSMIP, please bring the physical poster with you and deliver to the WOSMIP team during registration on Monday.
Please ensure posters are no larger than 84.1 cm high by 118.9 cm wide (33.2 inches high by 46.8 inches wide). If your poster is larger than the suggested dimensions, it may not fit on the poster mounting area.
If you will not be able to deliver your poster by 12:00pm on Monday, please email wosmip@pnnl.gov.
CCHEN La Reina Facility Tour
- Buses will depart from the InterContinental Hotel at 1:30pm. Please meet in InterContinental Hotel lobby at 1:00pm to ensure an on-time departure.

- Please Note: Your passport and close toed shoes will be required for entry into the facility.
MEALS AND REFRESHMENTS
- Refreshments and lunches will be provided throughout the conference, per the agenda.
- A networking happy hour hosted by ISTI will be held on Monday, December 04 at the Pullman Santiago El Bosque at 7pm. It is a 9-minute walk from the InterContinental Hotel. The attire for this event is casual. A QR code linking to directions is provided below.
- A happy hour hosted by VF Nuclear, and an offsite dinner hosted by CCHEN will be held on Tuesday, December 05. Transportation will be provided. The attire for this dinner is business formal. Please meet in the lobby of the InterContinental Hotel by 5:15pm to ensure an on-time departure.
- An offsite dinner hosted by CTBTO will be held on Wednesday, December 06 at Divertimento Chileno at 7pm. It is a 25-minute walk from the InterContinental Hotel. The attire for this dinner is casual. A QR code linking to directions is provided below.
- Thursday, December 07 you will be on your own for dinner.
